Who Is MommyOm?
I am mother of three. I am wife. I am writer and photographer. I enjoy yoga. After a crazy stressful summer and fall I am getting back into my yoga practice as we lead up to this new year. I so miss it. I am new to meditation. Over the past few years I have learned techniques that work for me and I try to allow for meditation in my day.
Each day is fraught with good intentions. Yoga and meditation are activities just for me, that I do alone and therefore rarely make it near the top of the to-do list.
It is time to make them a priority. I am putting together this ongoing record to assist me. Me holding myself accountable….
